Our Learning Environment

“A learning space should feel like an invitation, not a demand.”

Amberley Court School is still in its early stages and so is our physical environment. As we prepare to open our doors in September 2025, we are carefully shaping a space that reflects our values of compassion, curiosity, and belonging.

We’re creating calm, welcoming classrooms designed to reduce anxiety and support focus. Our learning spaces will be flexible and nurturing, with low-stimulation zones, access to regulation resources, and clear visual structure to help pupils feel safe and grounded.

We’re also developing quiet rooms, therapeutic areas, and creative spaces that will support individual and small group work. Outside, we’re working to ensure there is space for movement, fresh air, and time to reset—whether through outdoor learning, play, or simply being in nature.

While the building may still be evolving, our commitment is already clear: to create an environment where every child feels seen, safe, and supported to shine.
